About

True Strength is a Shiho Suzui tribute 100% charity fanzine centered around the volleyball star sweetheart. This project aims to spread more love and the creation of more content for Shiho, one of the most underrated Persona 5 characters. The zine's name is based on the opinion that Shiho would be the Strength confidant if she were a main character.After breaking even on production fees, all proceeds will go to the Tell's Mental Health Support in Japan cause.

Question: What is this zine about?
Answer: Persona 5's Shiho Suzui, a side character that was not heavily featured nor available as a continuous contact in the canon game.Question: Why feature this character?
Answer: Shiho has a lot of hidden depth and potential to her character. Someone who was a victim of abuse yet was still kind and gentle on top of being able to stand back up and choose to live her life is an incredibly admirable character.Question: What is not allowed to be featured in the zine?
Answer: NSFW/R18+ or suggestive content, depictions of assault, Kamoshida's slimy involvement or positive depiction of him, and her cognitive form in Kamoshida's palace. If there are any other things that should be added as no-nos, please let us know! We aim to make this a SFW zine that does not trigger anyone in regards to sensitive subjects such as abuse and assault. Please note that allusions or mentions are fine as long as they are not grossly detailed or depicted.
EDIT: Please do not make it about her circumstances (e.g. using an actual incident involving abuse, sexual assault, etc.) because it does not define Shiho. It is also very degrading and reductive of actual survivors. No fanservice/ecchi associations either, please.Question: How old do I have to be to apply to the zine as a contributor/moderator?
